Positioned as a premium drinking water brand, it is targeted at those who appreciate the finer details of experience while buying a product. Packaged water is the most simple product, however with various positioning it takes a tall order in terms of strategy and design. The competition in the premium category of packaged drinking water is stiff and to create a differentiation, Bblewrap has devised a visual identity and structure that makes Golden Valley Spring a noticeable and outstanding product.

BRAND STRATEGY

The brand strategy for Golden Valley Spring focuses on bringing attention to the name of the product and arranging the elements of design to achieve that goal. Narrative visual style has a strong advantage as it invites the user to experience and take time with the product. The strategy outlined The sleek and elegant bottle design is crafted to visually appeal to high-end consumers, making it not just a product but a statement of sophistication.
The brand positions itself in premium retail outlets, luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, airport lounges, etc. Premium positioning requires the brand to be nuanced to match the preferences of the user. For this reason the brand has to showcase the perceived value, exclusiveness and sophistication.

STRUCTURAL COMPOSITION

Inspired from natural elements, the bottle design incorporates a unique mountain structure under the base, symbolising the source of Spring and the purity of the product. This element not only reflects the brand’s origin but also adds an artistic touch, enhancing the overall perception of the brand. The brand’s visual elements, from logo to colour palette, are curated to evoke a serene yet luxurious aesthetic.
The mountain structure under the bottle serves as a subtle nod to the brand's connection with natural beauty while elevating its design to stand out on shelves. This feature becomes a distinguishing factor, offering consumers both a functional product and an artistic piece, positioning the brand as a symbol of refined taste and exclusivity.

PROTOTYPING

During the prototyping phase of the Golden Valley Spring bottle, various materials and techniques were tested to perfect the intricate mountain structure at its base. Early prototypes focused on achieving the right balance between durability and visual appeal. Multiple 3D-printed models were evaluated to capture the desired play of light and shadow, ensuring the design appeared dynamic from every angle.
The process also involved refining the bottle’s ergonomic feel. Attention was given to how the mountain base interacted with the overall shape, ensuring the design was not only visually striking but also comfortable to hold.

BRAND IDENTITY

Golden Valley Spring’s brand identity is formed after detailed study of its name and positioning. The name Spring presents a very vibrant and priming imagery. It is often associated with nature and its flourishing narrative. It is the most definitive of the seasons and as we know is the basis of various inspirations in food, fashion and culture.
Having explored various visual directions, we went ahead with "SPRING" in upper case, where the letters subtly mimicked the shape of flower petals, adding a touch of elegance and organic beauty to the design. This unique detail reflects the brand’s blend of nature and luxury, also reflecting the quality of the product.

PRINTING

The transparent sticker printing for Golden Valley Spring allows the floral illustration to reflect beautifully through the water inside the bottle. As light refracts through the water, the illustration appears as a large, vivid picture on the bottle’s surface. This clever design not only enhances the aesthetic but also creates a dynamic visual effect that changes with the bottle’s orientation.
The transparency of the sticker ensures that the floral artwork integrates seamlessly with the bottle’s design, amplifying its elegance. The refraction creates a unique, immersive experience for the consumer, showcasing the brand’s commitment to both artistic detail and premium quality.
