We are looking for a highly experienced and well-networked Senior Business Development Manager to drive aggressive market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in branding, advertising, or design industries, strategically planning client engagement, leveraging strong industry connections, and offering compelling solutions to generate business, build lasting partnerships, and achieve ambitious sales goals.

Location: Hybrid (Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, or other major metro cities)

‍Experience: 10+ Years in Business Development (Branding, Advertising, Design Studios, or related industries)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to acquire clients in major metro cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and other metros
Leverage existing networks to generate high-quality leads and drive client acquisition.
Identify/understand the products and services offered by Bblewrap Innovations Pvt Ltd. Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes & operations and remain up to date on industry trends and news.
Identify key industries and sectors that align with Bblewrap’s branding, design, and marketing services.
Conduct detailed market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Secure high-value projects, ensuring at least three project conversions per month through targeted marketing efforts.
Present compelling proposals, case studies, and marketing materials to pitch services effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, strategists, project managers) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Manage long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing industry movements, competitors, and emerging trends.
Attend industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Bblewrap Innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience (10+ years) in Business Development within Branding, Advertising, or Design industries.
Strong industry connections in marketing, advertising, media, and corporate branding.
Experience in working with clients from FMCG, real estate, luxury brands, hospitality, fintech, startup sectors and other industries.
Deep understanding of marketing strategies, digital advertising, and brand positioning.
Ability to initiate, negotiate, and close deals with senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills to craft and deliver compelling pitches.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and digital outreach strategies.
MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
