You’ll collaborate with our team, explore diverse materials and formats, and bring ideas to life with precision and imagination.

We are looking for a Junior graphic designer to support brand and visual communication design projects across platforms while learning and growing within a collaborative studio environment.

Job Responsiblities

Design Support & Execution

Contribute to packaging design, brand adaptations, and layout refinements.
Create mockups, visual presentations, and design assets for internal and external use.
Support content creation for social media design, brand applications, and brand extensions.

Brand Systems & Research

Assist in building and updating brand guidelines, brand books, and visual systems.
Participate in brand research opportunities, brand activities, and coordinated research tasks.
Support the design team in maintaining quality and consistency across all deliverables.

Experience:

1-2 years

Qualifications:

B.Des / M.Des (Bachelor/Master of Design), BFA / MFA in Graphic Design / Visual Communication, BA / MA in Communication Design, Bachelor / Master in Graphic Design
Diploma In Graphic Design from reputed institutions
A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, visual storytelling, and execution capability.
Strong understanding of visual principles and the ability to build coherent brand systems.
Deep understanding of design theories, brand-building process, aesthetics, styles, movements, and trends
Strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Figma is a plus) and AI design tools
Good observation, accountability, and time management
Strong desire to experiment, take creative risks, and push beyond the obvious, while respecting the brand’s reality and constraints

Senior UI Designer

KOCHI

3+ Years

Experienced visual designer able to translate and foresee design systems for brands as per their positioning and their goals.
Expertise in user based and industry updated designs that can amplify brand growth.
Proficient in building visual design systems complete with research and strategy.
Ability to apply design thinking, customer psychology, positioning strategy to enhance web/product experience for user/ brand.

Must have - Google Material design certification
Essential Skills & Tools
Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision.
Technical: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for understanding development).
Design: User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, Wireframing, User Research.
English - Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.

Ability to create compelling visuals with stellar storytelling.

Evolving knowledge base of graphic trends, styles and patterns.

Visualise and storyboard concepts for client projects, social media, etc.

Editing and ensuring high quality render in multiple formats.

Good command of English language, slang, pop culture terminology, etc.

Proof reading and grammar.

Must have skills - Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, DaVinci.
